What is mild anxiety?

Anxiety is the most common mental health condition in Australia. On average one in four people (one in three women and one in five men) will experience and anxiety disorder at some stage in their life.3

Symptoms of mild anxiety may include the following;

Feeling restless2

Feeling tired easily2

Finding it hard to stop worrying2

Difficulty concentrating2

Feeling irritable2

Muscle pain2

Disturbed sleep2
