What is mild anxiety?

Anxiety is very common in Australia. On average one in four people (one in three women and one in five men) will experience anxiety at some stage in their life.2

Symptoms of anxiety include the following. You may have mild anxiety if you have up to 2 of these symptoms:

Feeling restless1

Feeling tired easily1

Finding it hard to stop worrying1

Difficulty concentrating1

Feeling irritable1

Muscle pain1

Disturbed sleep1
