How to take Seremind®1

  • Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, swallowed whole with a full glass of water at mealtime. Do not take Seremind while lying down.
  • Not to be used in children and adolescents under the age of 18 years.

How long should you take Seremind®?1

You can take Seremind® for as long as it provides relief, however if your symptoms are not improving, please consult a health care professional.

If you or anyone else take more Seremind® than you should immediately telephone your doctor or the Poisons Information Centre (telephone 13 11 26) for advice, or go to Accident and Emergency at the nearest hospital. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning.

If you forget to take Seremind®, take the missed capsule immediately (or as soon as you remember), then take your next capsule at the usual time.

What you need to know before you take Seremind®?

  • Do not take Seremind® if you are allergic to lavender oil or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Do not take Seremind® if you have impairment of hepatic (liver) function.

Warnings and precautions

Seremind® is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as its safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not been established.1

Seremind® contains sorbitol.
