How long can I take Seremind® for?1
You can take Seremind® for as long as it provides relief. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or if your symptoms persist.
How long does Seremind® take to show effect?1
You may see an improvement in symptoms within 2 weeks of taking a daily dose of Seremind®.
Can I take two capsules a day, if under extreme stress?1
The dose of Seremind® is 1 capsule daily for the treatment of mild anxiety. If you are extremely anxious or stressed, consult with your healthcare professional for advice.
Can I take Seremind® when I have issues falling asleep?1
Seremind® won’t work instantly. Seremind® improves sleep quality over time with studies showing an improvement in symptoms within 2 weeks of daily use.
How quickly does Seremind® work to improve poor sleep quality?1
You should start to see increases in sleep quality within 6 weeks of daily use.
Can I take Seremind® with oral contraceptives?1
There is no known interactions of Seremind® with oral contraceptives, however you should refer to your healthcare professional to determine appropriateness in these situations.
Can I take Seremind®if I am breastfeeding or pregnant?1
It is not recommended to use Seremind® whilst pregnant or breastfeeding, as its safety during pregnancy or breast feeding has not been established.
Is Seremind® Vegan?1
No. While the liquid contents of Seremind® capsules is plant-based, the gelatin used to make the soft gel capsule is bovine-sourced gelatin.
Is Seremind® Kosher?
The liquid contents of Seremind® capsules is plant-based and the gelatin used to make the soft-gel capsule is bovine-sourced. Seremind® is not certified Kosher. Please consult a health care professional if you have any concerns or are not sure whether to continue to take Seremind®.

Seremind has no known Drug Interactions
Does Seremind® have any side effects?1
Mild gastrointestinal complaints (belching/burping with lavender smell) and allergic reactions have been reported with Seremind®. Tell your healthcare professional if you experience any side effects.
